Some are dead easy to use, but not a lot of features, while others are like IRC with all the commands, and others ARE IRC.

Very simple chat
IRC-like commands. Choose from existing rooms, or private chat. Variety of interfaces. Not actually IRC.
Voice Chat
Rooms, etc like text chat, but voice. Requires a client (which you can get here...) Use port 7000.
FULL IRC : Server irc.gamesadvantage.com - the real deal. Needs a client for direct IRC (not a webpage).
